Missing Link
Missing Link is a Space:1999 fan club for members of the 70's classic series. You are welcome to join this FREE Internet group for chats, messages and so on. BUT for the more dedicated fans we will be producing 4 fanzines "Main Mission" a year for the Club, plus a Membership Card, Club Badge and merchandise discounts + much more. This is for the more active fans only which includes a working position on our own version of Alpha Moonbase. We are proud to announce that we have 2 honorary members so far that have agreed to our interest and they are GERRY ANDERSON and BARRY MORSE.

Based in Detroit, Michigan, The Out of Earth Orbit Club (Out Orb) focuses on all aspects of Space: 1999. Included in its newsletter is a Space: 1999 comic strip called "All New Episodes." Online Alpha is devoted to the discussion of the epic 1970's SF series Space:1999, created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Premiering worldwide in 1975, Space:1999 starred Martin Landau, Barbara Bain and Barry Morse and featured groundbreaking special effects by Brian Johnson.
Space:1999 lasted two seasons (48 hour-long episodes) and followed the exploits of the 311 men and women of Moonbase Alpha cast adrift in the Universe after a massive nuclear explosion ripped the moon from Earth's orbit.
Online Alpha is the oldest and largest Space:1999 email list, which traces its electronic roots back to January, 1993. Today, over 700 fans worldwide discuss all aspects of Space:1999, including cast/crew, collectibles, Space:1999 conventions, DVD releases and more! Gaybase Alpha
Gaybase Alpha (GBA) exists to unite gay fans of the TV series Space:1999 in a friendly and supportive environment where such fans can combine their love for the show and their sexual orientation.
While GBA exists solely to unite gay fans of Space:1999, it will also serve as a meeting place in cyberspace to discuss all issues affecting its members, including legislation, human rights, love, relationships or any other topics which its members would like to discuss with each other in a group or one-on-one setting.
Membership is free and open to all gay Space:1999 fans. "Gay-friendly" heterosexuals are welcomed, too.
