In the United Kingdom all 48 episodes of Year One and Year Two have been released on VHS (PAL) video by ITC/Polygram.  Unlike the Columbia House releases, each of the 24 volumes feature 2 episodes from the same season.  For the complete information on these videos, including which episode is on which volume, check out Brian Dowling's TechLab Five site.
