In 1990, J2 Communications issued 4 volumes consisting of 4-Year One episodes of Space: 1999 on VHS ( NTSC).  Each video was packaged in a colorful cardboard sleeve, featuring stills from the episode on the front and a synopsis and brief credits on the back.  Alas further volumes were never released and I believe that J2 has since gone out of business.  Following are the details for each volume:
